Judge Cheprasova repeatedly sentenced opposition activists to prison terms and administrative arrests.

On October 10, 2014, she sentenced the defendant in the Bolotnaya Square case Dmitry Ishevsky to 3 years 2 months in prison for participating in an opposition rally on May 6, 2012, that ended up in clashes after a deliberate provocation by the police.

In 2015, she sentenced the editor-in-chief of the Daily Journal, Alexander Ryklin, to 10 days of arrest for holding a solitary picket.

In 2014, she sentenced the chief researcher of the Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the president of the Moscow Mathematical Society, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Viktor Vasiliev to a fine of 10,000 rubles for participating in a protest rally in support of the political prisoners of the Bolotnaya Square case at the Zamoskvoretsky court.
