Moscow policeman
Alexander Kozlov is the employee of the Main Directorate of the Russian Guard in Moscow, the third operational battalion, a police officer, sergeant, service license 049517 issued on March 19, 2019.
Assisting in the implementation of political repression, abuse of power, violence against citizens participating in a peaceful rally.
At an opposition rally on July 27, 2019, he used force against peaceful protesters. He was a direct participant in the infamous beating of activists near the Detsky Mir mall, which ended up with 8 criminal cases instituted against activists. In the episode, he hit an activist Kantorovich with a rubber club so hard that it broke. When watching a video with beating in the court, he grinned and enjoyed it.
He also participated in the Moscow case, criminal persecution of peaceful protesters who rallied against the non-registration of independent candidates to run in the elections to the Moscow City Duma (he was a witness in the trials on Gubaidulin, Lesnykh, Martintsov, Mylnikov). On August 29, 2019, he perjured in the Gubaidulin case.
One of the distinguishing features of Kozlov and similar “law enforcers” is his pathological cruelty, bordering on sadism. Having received a baton, a license and authority to use force on behalf of the state, such people immediately begin to abuse their official position. The unsuitability does not prevent them from pursuing a career in law enforcement agencies since the ruling regime is just interested in their base instincts. In future free Russia, the lustration of the law enforcement agencies will clear them of such employees.
