Professional field/official position/biography:

Оne of the main Kremlin’s hireling in the Russian “Spartak” football movement (in the past - a representative of the hooligans group “Union”), co-founder of the “Moskva” detachment of the 106th Airborne Division fighting in Ukraine (another name is “Reconnaissance Detachment 106”), z-propagandist, affiliated with oligarch Konstantin Malofeev

Born in 1982 in Dresden, Germany.

In his youth, he was a representative of the football subculture, one of the leaders of the football hooligans group “Union” (FC “Spartak Moscow”). In the 2010s, he was a co-founder of the Association of Sports Fans, positioned as an “alternative” to the All-Russian Association of Fans of Alexander Shprygin, and the president of a certain foundation “Modern Society”; he also collaborated with the World Russian People's Council of the Russian Orthodox Church and the provocative religious movement “Forty Forties” (“Sorok Sorokov”).

Around the same time, he began active cooperation with the structures of the Kremlin-affiliated oligarch, founder of the Tsargrad TV channel and the “Dvuglavy Orel” political movement Konstantin Malofeev.

In 2015, Krivosheev was one of the authors of the propaganda film “For Our Friends” about “Espanola ” - a pro-Kremlin illegal armed group in the Donbass, led by another person on the “Putin List” - Stanislav “The Spaniard” Orlov.

In 2017, during one of the matches in the stands of Spartak and Lokomotiv, appeared banners on a topic that was vexing at that time - against the film “Matilda” by Alexei Uchitel. According to fans and security officials, the organizer of the action was Stepan Krivosheev.

In addition, during the same period, Stepan Krivosheev, as “assistant director of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISI)” (Moscow think tank, affiliated with Russian intelligence) gave “analytical” comments to the odious propagandist Yuri Kotenok: in particular, about the situation in the Ukrainian Kirovograd (the background for Krivosheev’s speech was the flag of the so-called “Novorossiya” ) and about “Russia’s main mistake” in relation to Ukraine (namely, about the insufficient, according to Krivosheev, Kremlin support for pro-Russian separatism in the “regions of Novorossiya”).

After the start of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, oligarch Konstantin Malofeev decided to start recruiting football fans with the aim of their further transfer to the zone of the so-called “special military operation”.

To solve this problem, the so-called “Moskva” detachment arose on the basis of the 106th Tula Airborne Division, one of the main creators of which, according to available information, was Stepan “Grib” Krivosheev. Here's what “Arena. Nezygar" (a project of the Kremlin-affiliated telegram channel Nezygar) wrote about it:

“...Selected fans will undergo training and education at the base of the Tula 106th Airborne Division. Voronezh “Pit Bull” has been entrusted with managing this project, which has already alarmed everyone. Each fan will have a contract under which he will receive a salary (about 200-250 thousand). All financial issues are handled by Malofeev. But in general, at the feeder there are quite a lot of well-known people in the football community, such as Styopa “Grib”, Dima “Frank”, Oleg “Shved”, they say that even Kirill “Moskal” is in the know .”

Currently, this detachment is a battalion called “Reconnaissance Detachment 106” and is based in the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to available information, “Grib's” current goal is to make Reconnaissance Detachment 106 the "personal battalion" of the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin (according to some sources, a close friend of Malofeev), with “Grib's” subordinate Sergei "Bilan" Tashkinov already occupying the position of informal assistant to the governor.

According to information from “football-related” circles, “Grib” has not been related to the “Union” group since the mid-2010s, but has influence on many its current leaders, as well as on the leaders of other football organizations. In addition, “Grib” has good connections in Europe (especially in Poland) and is engaged in organizing pro-Putin political events there; for this purpose he has “field employees” with open Schengen visas. An example of such actions is the posting of stickers calling for joining the PMC "Wagner" in Polish cities in August 2023, during which Polish intelligence services detained two subordinates of "Grib" (Alexey "Bonya" and Andrey "Rusich" from Orel), both found themselves under investigation for espionage . According to some reports, he also ordered pro-Putin events in Italy and Spain.

Accused of:

Propaganda of the aggressive and aggressive war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, recruiting militants to participate in this criminal war, as well as in “parapolitical” activities in the interests of the Kremlin inside Russia and abroad.

As can be seen from the biography of Stepan Krivosheev, he not only for many years was actively involved in propaganda of the Russian-Ukrainian war (first “hybrid” and then full-fledged), but also became a co-founder of the notorious detachment “Moskva” / “Reconnaissance Detachment 106”. In addition, as one of the representatives of the odious oligarch Konstantin Malofeev in the football community, he is also responsible for activities aimed at destabilizing the situation in European countries, carried out by football fans controlled by Malofeev.

Thus, as a promoter of a full-scale aggressive war unleashed by the Kremlin in February 2022, an organizer of the recruitment of “volunteers” from among football fans, as well as an accomplice in the Kremlin’s “hybrid war” against Europe, Stepan Krivosheev is responsible for the crimes of this regime, and in particular - for war crimes related to the above mentioned war.
