Carrying out political repression using her official position.
In 2013, she made a deliberately unlawful decision regarding a disabled individual, Mikhail Kosenko, finding him guilty of “participating in mass riots” on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, as well as of “using violence dangerous to life or health against a representative of authorities.” Mikhail Kosenko was sent to compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital. In 2012, she also did not allow Mikhail Kosenko to attend his mother’s funeral.
In 2011, she rejected the complaint of the journalist Alexander Artemyev on the police. Policemen broke his arm in the Zamoskvorechye police department after an opposition rally on Triumfalnaya Square.
He sent an Irkutsk businessman Eduard Taran, father of five children and an employer of 12,000 people to custody, refusing to accept a bail of twenty million rubles. Law enforcement pressure on Taran began a few months after his report to the investigative committee about corruption in the prosecutor's office of the Irkutsk region.
